📩 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

🖼 Physical Products (Wall Art, Journals & Cards)

All physical items are made to order, therefore:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

👉 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has started
